Solution for localising Sybase PowerBuilder Applications

AMS for Sybase PowerBuilder provides a complete solution to deliver localised PowerBuilder applications without modifying the original application. The specificities of the PowerBuilder platform are handled by a dedicated AMS Extractor and a dedicated AMS Extension.

AMS Runtime & PowerBuilder Extension
The AMS Runtime is the runtime part of AMS. It includes the AMS Engine that does the text interception and the AMS Thesaurus that stores the translations. A dedicated engine extension for PowerBuilder is provided that allows recognising PowerBuilder controls such as the DataWindow. Thanks to the PowerBuilder extension, controls including those inside DataWindows can be resized during the execution of the application.

The AMS Runtime is a royalty-free component and can be deployed to any computer by the AMS licensee.
