Assima announced as finalists in three categories at The Training Journal Awards 2017

Finalist for the Best Customer Service Program with Lloyds Banking Group, Finalist for the Best use of Technology in Learning with Lloyds Banking Group, Finalist for the Best Private/Commercial Program with npower

LONDON – September 13, 2017 – Assima, together with clients Lloyds Banking Group and npower, have been selected as finalists for the 2017 Training Journal Awards in no less than three categories.

Widely recognized as the best awards in the sector, the Training Journal Awards showcase the ingenuity, creativity, passion and hard work of learning and development professionals from around the world. The awards are open to organizations of all sizes, with sixteen different award categories. The awards ceremony will take place at the gala dinner on Tuesday 5th December in London when the winners will receive their gold, silver and bronze prizes.

Assima’s two shortlisted entries with Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) focus around their implementation of Assima cloning technology, to build a vast catalog of training simulations across a multi-branded business to help them focus on putting their clients at the heart of operations. LBG were finding their complex infrastructure of legacy and current technology was holding them back and affecting their commitment of delivering excellent customer services. With Assima’s help, they empowered their users to increase training quality scores from 40%-90%.

Assima’s shortlisted award entry with npower focused on a large systems implementation of SAP. They needed to train 4,500 people without any prior digital training capabilities or functional LMS in place. Assima modernized their training approach and offered a fully blended technology solution resulting in increased retention, faster training and huge cost savings of £3 million.
